ALL orders will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.
ALL orders will require a signature for delivery.
PROCESSING TIME
The Processing time is Same Day for orders BEFORE 5pm CST and Next Day for orders AFTER 5pm CST.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
(United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
(United States) 2-3 Business Day Shipping USPS First Class Mail
(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
This time does not include the processing period
Expect delays during sales period & holidays.
Please note that once you receive a tracking number and your package is scanned by the shipping carrier your package is no longer our responsibility. Please check with your local post office/shipping carrier about any lost / damaged packages.
International Orders
(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Shipping
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding of the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us here. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date and if the item has not already shipped. If the Item has shipped it is not eligible to be returned
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office
