How long is processing/shipping?

The Processing time is 1-3 Business Day for orders.  Orders are shipped on Mondays if ordered by Friday BEFORE 5pm EST and on Wednesdays if ordered by Monday BEFORE 5pm EST.

Yes, International Shipping takes 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail.

What is the return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.

What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold

after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

item has not already shipped. If the Item has shipped it is not eligible to be returned

When will tracking numbers be sent out?

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after your package is dropped off at the post office

How long will the hair last?

The bundles will last for 2-3 years if you take care of them properly.
